These terms govern use of the Wave Lens website (wavelens.online), Studio dashboard (studio.wavelens.online), and SDK licensing services operated by Wave Tech.
Subscription & payment
- The standard plan is USD 200 per month per licensed app for complete filter access, Studio, and support.
- Billing and payment instructions are shared when we activate your tenant (WhatsApp or email).
- Access may be suspended for non-payment, chargebacks, or abuse.
- Custom multi-app pricing may be agreed in writing.
SDK license
- Each app (tenant) receives one
client_idbound to a single Android package name (or agreed identifier). - Filters available to hosts are controlled by Wave Tech (entitlements) and the tenant (enabled list in Studio).
- The compiled SDK is licensed — source code is not provided.
- You may not redistribute the SDK outside your licensed application.
Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable laws in your markets and platform store policies.
- Do not use Wave Lens for illegal content, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract filter assets beyond normal SDK use.
- End-user camera data must be handled under your own app privacy policy and permissions flow.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. License checks are designed to fail-open using cached data so hosts are not blocked mid-stream by brief network issues.
Intellectual property
Wave Lens, filter assets, Studio, and branding are owned by Wave Tech. Tenants receive a limited license to use the SDK within their activated app only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the SDK or Studio. Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the subscription month in which the claim arose.
